Critters for Company by Karen Hawley was published in 2008. A wonderful whimsical book ,it stars the Alpharitters characters and teaches little ones about the alphabet and more. The book is deigned to be thought provoking, interacting, and conversational for you and your child. Each page asks a question with answers ranging from counting to colors, comparison to characteristics, and generally creating an awareness of What - When - Where - Why - Who - How. You can share your child's thoughts about each question and make up new questions as you read along.
