2)If you areNOT using the Order Form, send the following information via email, mail or fax.
All Products - indicate name and gender of the child(ren). Name Pictures - specify mat colour choice and letter colouring - primary or pastel. Framed Pictures - add type of frame - Hand-Painted or White Wood Clothing Articles - specify name, gender, size and letter colouring - primary or pastel. All t-shirts, diaper shirts and bibs are white only.
Include yourName, Address and Telephone Number.
IncludeShipping Address and Gift Card Messagefor recipient, if applicable. Why pay to ship your gift twice? (We ship to you, then You ship to them!). We would be happy to send it along for you. ____________________________________________________________________________________
METHOD OF PAYMENT - State VISA or Mastercard number with Expiry Date, OR mention that you are forwarding a Cheque or Money Order by mail and indicate your total. Include "Order Information" with your payment so that we can match it to your original order.That's it! ____________________________________________________________________________________
DELIVERY TIME is generally within 7-14 days - occasionally a few more. This depends on how many days we are away at shows during a week. During "peak periods" - especially NOVEMBER - orders may take up to 4 weeks delivery. All Orders are delivered in lots of time for Christmas! CHRISTMAS - 2012 Please have orders in by December 12th, 2012 to ensure timely delivery.
EXCHANGESonly apply to incorrect spellings or duplicate gifts of Name Pictures.An Exchange must be phoned in to us in advance. A $3.50 Restocking Charge may apply, plus S/H for return postage. The "Return Picture" must be received in resaleable condition. Package it well in a padded or bubble envelope and clearly identify "DO NOT BEND" - front and back. Add a piece of cardboard if returning by regular mail. For $1.00-$1.50 more, it can be sent Canada Post Xpresspost which means that the package is only "in the mail" for 1-3 days versus up to 10 days regular mail. Less chance of damage that way!
Include a note stating the name/spelling that you want, your mat colour choice, your name, address, phone number and a cheque or money order to cover the return shipping fee. This fee can also be paid by VISA/MC. We will ask your payment preference when you call to notify us of the exchange.
