"Alphacritters" is a whimsical alphabet based on my original hand-drawn artwork. The "critters" originated from an idea that I had as a kid. Back then, I did "name pictures" for friends and family alike and was surprised to discover that a cousin of mine, after many years, still had hers hanging in her room! This got my Mom and I thinking and through her encouragement especially, "Alphacritters" and our business partnership were born!
Our home-based business started in 1997, originally with just our children's Name Pictures, that enjoy continued popularity (thank you, thank you!), but over the years we have expanded to include names on T-Shirts, Diaper Shirts and Baby Bibs. Most recently, we have added Hand-Painted Frames or plain White, Wood Frames.
We are still a home-based business and although we aim to be friendly and informal, our professionalism is in the "quality of our work", our efforts at "timeliness" with your delivery and our 100% "guarantee to bring a smile". Our mail order continues to grow considerably and we encourage you to be confident in ordering if we are not coming to a show near you. Hundreds of satisfied customers order yearly and we invite you to read some of their comments below.

Don't forget to order ahead of any show for t-shirts, diaper shirts, etc. or pictures for unusual names or spellings and we will have them ready for pickup at any of the shows saving you time and shipping costs.
